PFM's CHAIN OF COMMAND

PFM is governed by a nine-member board of trustees. The Board is the highest

policy making body of the organization. The board is conscious that it is first and

foremost accountable to the Creator, the source of all Wisdom.

BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The board determines the basic policies for the organization's operation and elects the officers to whom the board delegates the authority and responsibility for administration of the organization. the Board determines basic organizational objectives, evaluates and determines action on major capital expenditures, and other items not delegated to the officers. The board represents the organization to its constituents and church officers. The tenure of office of each members is yearly.

The committee acts on behalf of the Board between meetings of the full Board.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Executive Director is the Chief Executive and Administrative Officer. He is responsible, under the direct supervision of the Board of Trustees, for the proper management of all aspects of the organization's activities so as to ensure realization of the organization's objectives.
